Yacht Management

A single point of responsibility.

Our management process is deliberate and unhurried. Each stage is designed to give you clarity before any commitment is made, and confidence once management begins.

Process

How management begins, and how it continues.

Stage 01

Private consultation

A confidential conversation about your yacht, how you use it and where ownership currently demands your attention.

Stage 02

Yacht and operational review

A structured review of technical condition, crew arrangements, compliance status, budgets and existing suppliers.

Stage 03

Bespoke management proposal

A written proposal setting out scope, responsibilities, reporting rhythm and fees, tailored to your requirements.

Stage 04

Onboarding and documentation

Handover of records, insurance, certification and contracts, completed quietly and with continuity of service.

Stage 05

Ongoing management

Day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, crew support, compliance and concierge, coordinated by one team.

Stage 06

Owner reporting and continuous improvement

Regular reporting in plain language, with periodic reviews to refine budgets, standards and service levels.

Owner reporting

A clear view of your yacht, at any moment.

Owners and authorised representatives have access to a private dashboard summarising condition, activity, expenditure and outstanding items.
