This website is provided for information purposes. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a contract, or professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
Services
Management services are provided only under a written agreement between MA Yacht Management and the client. The scope, responsibilities and fees are set out in that agreement.
No guarantees
Where charter services are described, no representation is made as to charter demand, occupancy or revenue. Charter outcomes depend on market conditions and factors outside our control.
Client portal
Portal access is granted by invitation to owners and authorised representatives. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for the activity of accounts assigned to them.
Demonstration content
All yacht, crew, financial and document information shown in the portal prototype and in dashboard previews is fictional sample data provided for illustration only.
Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this website are the property of MA Yacht Management unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
